Protecting your eyewear investment
Avoid storing your eyeglasses on dashboards or in other places that get extremely hot. Some lenses may warp slightly, affecting their optics and plastic frames may discolor or lose their shape. Keep your vision correction accurate and comfortable by getting frames readjusted as needed. Some indications that your eyewear may need adjustments are; glasses setting crooked or sliding down your nose, red pressure points on your nose or behind your ears, and difficulty reading with the bifocal portion of the eyeglasses. Special TipsUse two hands when taking your glasses on and off. Warranty PolicyFrames: All of our frames will have a 12 month warranty against manufacture defect. Special Note: Our value price line frames have a 90 day warranty. Lenses: Our lenses are supplied to you with a factory applied scratch resistant coating with a 12 month warranty against scratches incurred by everyday wear and cleaning (one time replacement). Please follow the cleaning guidelines described above to ensure longevity. Our glasses are verified by one of our ABOC Certified Opticians to ensure both quality and accuracy. Any items that are lost or stolen will not be covered under the warranty. |

Use running water to rinse any dust and debris off your eyeglass lenses before cleaning. You may use a moisturizer free, non-abrasive, dish washing liquid to avoid filmy streaks. Dry with a soft cloth. Some lenses, coatings or frames can be damaged by alcohol, acetone, or anything containing ammonia (commonly used in many window cleaners).
